I actually hesitated a little about joining this event since I just began crossfit only a few weeks ago. However it was a good experience and motivation. Although there were so many work-out that I've tried out for the first time today, hopefully one year from now I'll be more experienced and stronger :)

Officially starting Crossfit :)

After the two-week introductory class, I took a week off, and then was supposed to start from Monday the 22nd, but couldn't really get myself to get going. This is why momentum is really important! However, I decided to stop being lazy and headed to the gym for the 9am class. Today's WOD had so much runnings in it... hopefully I get better at it soon :) Planning to go again tomorrow as well!
