Beef shank stew in instant pot

2016.09.18. Sunday

I decided to try using my instant pot to cook beef shank.
It did make the meat really tender, but would like to improve the recipe more...


Ingredients: Beef shank, asparagus, napa cabbage, garlic, thyme, tomato paste, white wine, chicken broth. Instant pot: sauteed & manual(45min)



bone marrow is already separated from the bone! @_@
