Shrimp Risotto

Tried making Risotto for the first time! Since I had bunch of frozen shrimp in the freezer, decided to make 'shrimp risotto'. 

Ingredients: shrimp, chicken broth, white sine, garlic, onion, butter, watercress, lemon(for the juice), rice



simmering chicken broth+white wine. I think I evaporated it off too much this time.

This generated some 'butter+shrimp+wine' liquid! I took off the tails/shell(?) of the shrimps afterward..


I had added some watercress at the end since I had some left at home, but I guess I could have cooked them less~they wilted too much..haha..

It takes a long time to cook(probably 20-30 min just for the rice?), so won't be a good option for a quick-meal. Also it is important not to do too high heat when cooking the rice since the broth would evaporate off before the rice is finished...
