Decided to try the frozen duck breast in the freezer! Of course I thawed it in the fridge in advance. It turned out better than I expected! :)
Ingredients: Duck breast, tomatoes, spinach, thyme, garlic
Use Instant pot warm function 40-50 minutes, then pan sear both sides. I guess I could make the skin even crispier next time :)
